is vital in the healing process to reduce stress and create balance.
Kerry has been studying Psychology and related topics for over 20 years and has
provided her expertise in the form of Counseling for the past seven years. She works
with people who request support in dealing with relationship difficulties, grief and loss,
divorce issues, anxiety, depression, past sexual abuse and incest survival, self-esteem,
difficult life transitions, fears, and stifling beliefs. Kerry also uses EMDR for problem
resolution in many forms. Kerry is a proponent of mindfulness and meditation to help
you along in your journey toward healing if you are interested. Kerry welcomes the
opportunity to partner with you to help define next steps as you process challenging
situations.
