New policy – in response to the coronavirus/covid-19 crisis

With the pandemic outbreak coming under better control, we are starting to see some clients face-to-face, based on medical necessity (for services that can’t be done via telehealth). It is our hope that we will enter the next phase of our reopening as the number of Covid-19 cases in our area maintain a downward trend.

We’re in our 29th year of service to you; we know a lot about sorting out the most complex situations, and getting going with a process of help swiftly. We are likely familiar with your employer and its health plan. We’ll go to work for you right away to facilitate the process of getting started with services – so you can concentrate on feeling better.


Our staff, collectively, works six days a week – we’ll find a time that fits your needs. We answer the phone live in the office 5 days a week. We see clients most evenings and Saturday mornings, too.
