acp_symbolPsychotherapy: first session/assessment: $180; all subsequent standard-length sessions: $125 [a standard session is about 45 minutes]; extended sessions [up to 60 minutes] $160. Family sessions are $160. Thirty minute psychotherapy sessions are $85

Special circumstances or crisis situations may incur additional charges. Late cancellations or ‘no­shows’ may be charged a fee up to the full cost of the session. Cancellation fees are not submittable to insurance. Please discuss your questions with your therapist.

Medication management with our APRNs:

  • intake/diagnostic session: $350
  • follow up sessions to monitor your progress: $125 [15 min visit] or
  • $175 [25 min]

Your out-of-pocket expenses

This is the trickiest question to address, as there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ answer. What you will pay for services is dependent on your policy, and its provisions for deductibles and co-pay amounts. We know that this can be complex – our pledge to you is to sort it out with you so you know what your financial obligation is, and to work with your insurance carrier at every step of the way to make sure your claim is handled correctly.

Payment is due at the time of your session. You may pay with cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card. We also accept HSA cards.

Please note:  Associated Counseling Professionals has implemented a new Office Policy that all patients under the age of nineteen (19) must have a credit card on file as all co-payments, deductibles and co-insurance is due at the time of service. We are doing this as a convenience for the patient so they are not asked for payment on the day of the appointment. Our administrative staff has a form that parents/guardians can fill out at the time of the first appointment, and can answer all of your questions about this process.
