About Ramie Uren
I work exclusively with adults, helping them navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding. I have a strong professional interest in trauma and holistic, integrative approaches to mental health. In addition to trauma work, I frequently support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, infertility, and life transitions such as career changes, relationship shifts, caregiving responsibilities, and other pivotal moments that can affect emotional well-being.
My goal is to help you move through these experiences with greater insight, healing, and balance. I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, curiosity, and mutual respect. It is a privilege to provide a safe, supportive space where you can share your story. Sometimes, simply being heard is exactly what is needed. Other times, therapy becomes an opportunity to change the narrative and create a new path forward. My role is to walk alongside you throughout that process—offering guidance and support while honoring that you set the pace, direction, and goals of your journey.
With more than 20 years of clinical experience, I have learned the importance of balancing conversations about life's most difficult experiences with moments of humor, hope, and perspective. My communication style is direct, compassionate, and authentic. I am comfortable gently challenging behaviors and long-held beliefs while fostering a therapeutic relationship grounded in safety, connection, and respect.

“I believe therapy is a collaborative experience between client and therapist. It is a privilege to be trusted to hold a safe, supportive space where people can share their stories openly and honestly. Sometimes the act of telling one’s story is exactly what is needed. Other times, clients choose to continue the journey and begin rewriting the script of their lives.
My role is to walk alongside you in that process—helping guide the path while honoring that you determine the pace, direction, and length of the journey.”
