Personal Statement

I believe that therapy is a shared experience between the client and provider.  I feel privileged to be trusted by so many, to hold a safe space, and to serve as witness as people share their story.  In my experience, sometimes telling the story is all that one needs.  For others, they choose to continue the journey and rewrite the script.  As a therapist, I see my role as navigating the course while the client determines the speed and length of treatment.
