Each member of our psychotherapy staff is an experienced clinician with a lot to offer. Some of us share the management of the practice, plan for its future, and see clients for treatment. Many of us are involved with other professional organizations, teach at area universities, and supervise other clinicians. Maida Avdic, MSW, LCSWMaida Avdic, MSW, MPA, LCSW, LMHP Maida is passionate about serving diverse populations using a strengths-based approach with multiple intervention strategies including cognitive behavioral therapy and narrative therapy. She is particularly interested in serving immigrant populations, current and future healthcare and human service workers, as well as individuals experiencing chronic health conditions and disabilities. Maida also has advanced skills & experience in suicide prevention on both the individual & community level.

Becky Baruth, PLMHP
Becky Baruth, PLMHP, PMH-C With 15+ years’ professional experience, Becky enjoys working with growing families. She has advanced training in perinatal mental health, interpersonal psychotherapy, and Brainspotting. With her educational foundation she’ll assist you in clarifying your struggles, setting clear goals and identifying unique plans to increase coping and reduce distress.

Ace Devlin, MS, LMHP, LMFTA
Ace Devlin, MS, LMHP, LMFTA completed a Masters Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from UNL, and completed a Certificate Program in Medical Family Therapy through the University of Nebraska Medical Center. They work with individuals, relationships, and the families of adolescents – addressing many issues, including: Life Transitions, Trauma, LGBTQ+ concerns. Telehealth only, beginning in January of 2026.

Cindy Duggin
Cindy Duggin, LICSW Cindy Duggin, licensed clinical social worker, has been providing mental health services for over 25 years. Currently, she sees adults 19 and older, and specializes in anxiety, trauma and issues related to aging.

Pam Feldman
Pamela Feldman, MS, LPC, LIMHP Pam’s experience includes working with adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, life adjustments, stepfamilies, and eating disorders. She enjoys working with couples as well. Cultural diversity is another special interest. Pam promotes using a balanced approach to achieve a healthy lifestyle.

Glen Fineman, LICSW
Glen Fineman, LICSW, LIMHP Glen’s clinical experience includes individual, child, marital and family therapy. Family and marital relationships, depression, anxiety, AD(H)D, developmental disorders [including Autism & Asperger’s], life transitions, child and adolescent issues, spouse and child abuse, self-esteem issues, stress management, and school related issues. Glen is one of the co-owners of ACP.

Ukiah Gayley, MA, LIMHP
Ukiah Gayley, MA, LIMHP Ukiah truly enjoys working with people who are looking to excel in life, who are struggling to manage their emotions healthily, trauma survivors, teenagers (13+), pastors, and marriages. He promotes a direct and caring approach to counseling – encouraging his clients to explore and find truth. Anxiety and depression are among his specialties.

Brier Jirka
Brier Jirka, LIMHP, CPC, CST Brier specializes in treating Women, Couples and Teens. She takes an unbiased, honest, and open approach. She is a certified sex therapist – one of a small handful in the state of Nebraska. She incorporates a multidisciplinary approach to treatment of pain, orgasm, desire and arousal. She is also a trained trauma therapist using EMDR to treat PTSD from past abuse or sexual assault in women and children.

Todd Kerr, LIMHP
Todd Kerr, MS, LPC, LIMHP Todd works with families, individuals, couples, and children. Todd employs a Person-Centered approach to address anxiety, depression, performance concerns, faith and spirituality, and other issues. He is also experienced in working with athletes toward improving their mental approaches to their competitive pursuits. Todd is one of the co-owners of ACP.

Emily Lichter, MSW, LIMHP
Emily Lichter, MSW, LICSW Emily, licensed independent clinical social worker, focuses on assisting children and adolescents at Associated Counseling Professionals. Emily has prior experience working with youth in psychiatric residential treatment care as a therapist.

Alex Machuca, LIMHP
Alex Machuca, LIMHP Utilizing counseling modalities like CBT, Transactional Analysis, Solution Focused, Gottman Couples, and Christian Counseling (if desired) Alex will work with you to create a lifestyle that will best leverage your life to create a foundation in healthy relationships, cultivating a ripple effect on each key area of your life (physically, mentally/emotionally, spiritually, and life purpose).

Terry Moore
He has retired from clinical practice. He will help maintain this website and conduct other administrative duties.

Leslie Norman, LICSW
Leslie Norman, MSW, LICSW Leslie provides treatment for individuals, family members and couples and has been working in the mental health field for over twenty years. Her interests and experience lie with clients who have a diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Eating Disorder, Depression and PTSD.
Scarlett Shockley, RN-BC, MS, LPC, LIMHP Scarlett is a Registered and Certified Psychiatric/Mental Health nurse. She has 10+ years with acute psychiatric disorders in an inpatient setting prior to working as a counselor in the outpatient setting. Scarlett is EMDR level II trained and “intensively” trained in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy). She enjoys teaching clients the coping skills to improve their mood, behaviors, and relationships. Scarlett’s interests include Bipolar Disorder and Borderline Personality Disorder. Scarlett is a co-owner of ACP.

Ramie Uren
Ramie Uren, MS, LIMHP, LPC Ramie can best be described as a dynamic therapist who can confidently provide support to children, adolescents and adults. Ramie’s practice of working with a variety of age groups has provided the opportunity to more fully understand issues that present at different stages of life.
